Job Summary:
Servers are responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience. This role requires strong people skills, basic math abilities, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Expectations:
• Greet and seat customers with a friendly, personable attitude
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using basic math skills
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining areas and service stations
• Assist with side work, restocking, and cleaning duties throughout the shift
• Work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to solve problems quickly
• Provide excellent service that encourages repeat business
Qualifications:
• Prior serving experience preferred, but not required (we will train the right candidate)
• Basic math skills and comfort handling money
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
